In today’s economic climate, effective leadership is more important than ever. A review of available research found that the quality of leadership in an organisation consistently accounted for between 20% and 45% of the difference in a company’s bottom line results. Clearly, leadership matters. It is a business imperative. Studies also show that companies that invest in executive development initiatives:

Unfortunately, not all leadership development is worthwhile. The market is awash with management fads and questionable program design. Research shows that in the 3.7 million management training programs conducted in our country each year, less than 15% of what is learned makes any difference in a person’s on-the-job approach to leadership.
