Sadly, most leadership teams don’t know how to work collectively and many are not really teams at all. Rather, they are a group of specialized individuals who fail to see beyond their patch. This ½-day program is designed for intact leadership teams (or boards or similar). Participants in the program will learn how to use the art of round tabling to bring their collective wisdom to bear on any creative challenge facing the group.
