Thank you for sharing your leadership development tools – people can always use more methods to improve their effective leadership skills. I also enjoyed the preview to the book o Leadership Resources: A Guide to Training & Development Tools. Is that just a recommendation or were you involved in writing the book?
I’ve found that effective leadership skills boils down to being gleaned through various practices, including learning how to manage your time. If you can’t manage your own time, then being an effective leader is all the more troublesome.
